In light of the evidence duly adopted by the court of first instance, the court below's determination that the charged facts of this case are guilty is just and there is no error of law such as violation of logical and empirical rules and violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
