1. Of the judgment of the first instance, the part against the plaintiffs other than plaintiffs B, C, and E shall be revoked.

2. Plaintiffs B, C, and E.

The amendments of the Enforcement Rule include the Plaintiffs except Plaintiff B and the third party litigation intervenors (hereinafter referred to as “participatings,” and the combination of the Plaintiffs and intervenors, hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff F, etc.”) under the former Tourism Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 15636, Jun. 12, 2018; hereinafter referred to as “Promotion Act”) and the former Enforcement Rule of the Tourism Promotion Act (amended by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism No. 276, Dec. 30, 2016; hereinafter referred to as “former Enforcement Rule of the Tourism Promotion Act”), who are engaged in the foregoing business, by using a type of amusement facility business and other amusement facilities business using the machine extracted from the Mayor of Busan Metropolitan City or the Gyeongnam-do Governor, etc., and who are engaged in the foregoing business

The main contents of Article 40 (1) and attached Table 11 of the Enforcement Rule of the former Tourism Promotion Act shall be as follows:

Article 40 (Safety Inspections, etc. of Amusement Facilities or Machines) (1) The amusement facilities and machines subject to safety inspections under Article 33 (1) of the Act, items of such inspections, and amusement facilities and machines not subject to safety inspections shall be as specified in attached Table 11.
