A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was in de facto marital relationship with the victim B from around July 2008 to July 14, 2015.

1. Violence;

A. On March 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s home located in Ulleung-gun C, around March 2013, 2013, on the ground that the victim was guilty of another person, the Defendant committed a assault, such as making the victim’s head several times more, and taking the victim’s personal phone back at the victim’s home located in Ulleung-gun C, and taking the victim’s head into account the victim’s head.

3. Special intimidation: (a) on August 1, 2015, the Defendant put the victim’s clothes in the victim’s house located in Ulleung-gun H around 09:00, in the warehouse with the mind of the Defendant’s clothes.
