A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The victim shall be entitled to 90,00 won seized, 9 (No. 1), 50,000 won (No. 2).

Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for night-time intrusion larceny at the Ulsan District Court, and completed the execution of the said punishment on April 24, 2019.

1. On July 19, 2019, at night, the Defendant: (a) 02:17, Ulsandong-gu, Ulsandong-gu; (b) came up with the victim C’s house; (c) more than two floors than the second floor of the said house; (d) opened and intrudes into a living room’s window screen; and (e) cut off the victim’s house at a small room; and (e) took 10,000 won (10,000 won) from the wall for women in the household located in the small room; and (e) cut off the victim’s house.

2. On July 27, 2019, the Defendant who attempted to larceny at night against the victim E, was scambling in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, with a view to: (a) having stolen property; (b) having opened a second floor door through the stairs; and (c) having intruded the victim E’s house on the third floor using indoor stairs; (d) having scambling the victim E’s scam, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime by scambling the victim’s fright to find out and find the Defendant.

3. On August 2, 2019, from around 01:15 to around 01:32 of the same day, the Defendant stolen KRW 140,000, totaling KRW 140,000, in cash, which is the victim’s possession, from the wall located adjacent to another victim, by intrusion upon the victim B’s house located adjacent to the second floor of the said house, via the second floor entrance door located adjacent to the victim’s house located adjacent to the said house.
