Reasons

Criminal facts
1. 2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Rape, etc.) committed an act in violation of the victim’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on August 17, 2013 in a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to an excessive drinking disorder, sexual impulse control disorder, etc., with the intent to detect and rape the victim before the victim F (V, 50 years of age) located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on August 17, 2013, and invaded the victim’s house after speaking the victim into a water cup, and following the victim entering the water gathering.
