The punishment of the accused shall be determined by two years of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 24, 1998, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in the year and June of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daejeon District Court Branch of the Daejeon District Court on February 24, 1998, and two years in the same court on October 1, 2008 to a suspended sentence of eight months for larceny.

On October 2, 2015, around 00:45, at Asan City, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by walking and driving a stop using the vehicle key located at the driver’s seat of the victim E, who is parked at that place, the amount equivalent to KRW 6 million at the market price of the victim E, who is parked therein.

In addition, from March 22, 2015 to March 10, 2016, the Defendant habitually stolen vehicles and electric wires and steel bars equivalent to KRW 32,618,00 in total at 31 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes listed in the attached Table 1, and attempted to steal 50 km in one time.

2. On March 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a H Poter Cargo of G, as described in paragraph (1), without obtaining a driver’s license from the parking lot located in the south-dong-gu, Southern-gu, Seoul-do to the 21-1, which was a large re-off of the city at the time of 05:04 on March 22, 2015.

In addition, from the above day to March 10, 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license over 24 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 2 of the List of Offenses.
