Punishment of the crime

The defendant is operating a restaurant of "D" of the commercial building C located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and the victim E is the manager of the above commercial building.

The defendant did not pay management expenses several times while operating the above restaurant, and the conflict between the defendant and the victim has deepened since 2015, and the victim filed a civil lawsuit against the defendant claiming unpaid management expenses, etc. on April 24, 2017, the Busan District Court 2016Ka29773.

1. Around 15:00 on November 27, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the age of 62) who takes out from the restaurant, after demanding the payment of the smuggling management expenses, and subsequently assaulted the victim’s chest 3-4 times by following back and drinking.
