1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 23, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

The Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Defendant the amount of KRW 22,00,000 per annum calculated from March 23, 2016 to the date following the delivery date of the application for the instant payment order, as a total of KRW 22,00,000,000, and KRW 6,000 on October 30, 2014, and KRW 22,000,000 on April 14, 2015. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of KRW 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from March 23, 2016 to the date of full payment.
