1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 22, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff, on July 15, 2013, lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant on July 15, 2014 as the due date for repayment. As such, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendant to seek payment of KRW 30 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery date of the application for the instant payment order to the day of full payment.

2. Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment deemed to be a confession.
