Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court Jinwon District Court on April 27, 2016; eight months from imprisonment with prison labor for night building intrusion larceny at the Changwon District Court on January 12, 2017; one year from imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Sungwon District Court on October 12, 2018; and on July 10, 2019, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Ansan Prison on July 10, 2019.

On October 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 01:07, at the “D” clothing store operated by the Victim C in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) opened a correction device by inserting the entrance door and intruded into it; and (c) cut off cash amounting to KRW 600,000,000,000, in the location of the carcter.

Therefore, even though the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to theft, etc., he stolen property again by intrusioning another's structure at night during the repeated crime period.

On October 13, 2019, around 02:30 on October 13, 2019, the Defendant, in the form of “7” prepared in advance in the “G store” operated by the Victim F in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, opened a correction device by inserting the entrance door gate and intruded into the device, and then thefted KRW 100,000 in cash in the “G store.”

3. On October 14, 2019, at around 03:45, the Defendant invadedd the same method as the preceding paragraph to the J operated by the victim I located in Nam-gu Busan, Busan, and subsequently stolen KRW 50,000 in cash in the bank of the Kabter.
