A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Suwon District Court as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and on October 29, 2008, as a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On May 12, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.138% of blood alcohol concentration on May 23:25, 2013, driven a B k7 car at a section of about 4 km from the day before the camping Station located in the Pungnam-si Pungdong of the Pungnam-si to the front road of the death legalet, which is located in the Gandong of the Pungnam-si.
