On June 16, 2014, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven B observer-type car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.236% from the 4km section to the 108-class Jinwon apartment, located in 24, Jinwon-ro, Jin-si, Gyeonggi-si, Seoul Metropolitan City.
