Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months and two years of suspended execution for fraud at the Busan District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on July 23, 2015.

1. Interference with business;
가. 피고인은 2014. 9. 14. 11:10경 부산 북구 만덕대로 69(덕천동)에 있는 덕천치안센타 앞 도로에서, 그전 같은 구 덕천동에 있는 주공아파트에서 피해자 B이 운전하는 C 택시에 승차하여 목적지인 다대포로 가던 중 피고인이 갑자기 목적지를 서면으로 변경하였고, 이를 수상히 여긴 피해자가 요금이 있냐고 묻자 피해자에게 "씹할 놈아 차비 없이 차를 타겠냐, 개자슥아"라고 욕설을 하며 택시요금 6,000원을 내지 않고 택시에서 하차하지도 않는 등 약 1시간 동안 소란을 피워 위력으로 피해자의 택시 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
B. C. On March 17, 2015, at around 22:15, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s taxi business by force by avoiding disturbance for about one hour, including: (b) the Defendant: (c) on the 6-way roads of the development apartment complex located in the Dan-dong, Busan, Seocheon-dong; and (d) the Defendant was boarding and leaving the taxi at the seat of the victim J-dong, Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-dong, Seocheon-dong; (b) the son at the above location, who was going to a destination; and (c) the Defendant did not leave the taxi without paying KRW 20,000 and did not leave the taxi at the taxi.
On September 21, 2015, the Defendant exceeded, and was under the influence of alcohol, panty only at a m restaurant located in Busan-gu L, Busan-gu, Busan-do, at around 21:00.
