The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On January 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four months and one year of suspended execution for the crime of indecent act by indecent act, etc. in the Changwon District Court's branch on January 8, 2014, and such judgment became final and conclusive on January 16, 2014.

Around 01:05 on October 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of the C market located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) on the taxi in the operation of the victim D (the age of 62) and put up a taxi at a destination; (c) without any justifiable reason, the Defendant used the victim, such as spitfing the victim’s face; (d) booming the victim’s neck; and (e) booming the victim’s neck, booming the victim’s neck; and (e) booming the victim’s flaf by drinking the bage.
