1. The Plaintiff, Defendant A Co., Ltd., and Defendant B, Defendant B, KRW 37,845,599, and each of the said money on March 1, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is one of the parties’ status 1) The Plaintiff is a trustee company, one of which is in charge of the storage and management of investment trust properties, according to the trust contract with an asset management company, and on September 30, 2015, 6 underground floors and 20 above ground structures located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C (hereinafter “instant building”).

(2) The Defendants are partially lessee of the instant building, after completing the registration of ownership transfer as trustee.

B. Contract of lease and succession to lessor status 1) The former owner of the instant building, Coppirirpirirpirosis No. 1 (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”)

(1) On July 31, 2014, Defendant D and the 6th floor of the instant building, one (824.53 square meters in leased area, exclusive area of 461.81 square meters in exclusive area, hereinafter “first shop”) among Defendant D and the 6th floor of the instant building.

(1) The term of a lease agreement with respect to a lease agreement shall be from November 18, 2014 to November 17, 2019; a lease deposit shall be KRW 197,041,523; and a monthly rent and management fee shall be determined in accordance with the term of lease as listed in the following table 1; and a lease agreement that exempt a monthly rent for three months from July 1 to September 30 each year (hereinafter “instant first agreement”).
