On October 28, 2013, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven BM5 car at approximately 1 km from the public parking lot located in the Shinpo-gu, Kimpo-si to the front of the Kimpo-si Kimpo-si located in the same Ri located in the city of Kimpo-si.
