Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a representative in charge of the overall management of affairs in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government A, a sports product sales business entity in the second floor.

A person who intends to conduct hazardous chemical business shall obtain permission from the Minister of Environment for each type of business, equipped with facilities, equipment and technical manpower for handling hazardous chemicals meeting the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment.

Nevertheless, from January 2015 to April 2017, the Defendant sold 1,526.4 km products, which are limited substances without obtaining permission from the Minister of Environment, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table. The Defendant sold 1,526.4 km products of the Shoego (content 60-70%) contained in the Shoego (content 60-5-12), Shoego (content 70-80%) Shoego F (content 60-70%).
