Defendant
A From September 2015, from around 12015, a person who operated a mobile phone sales store in the name of "G" from around 123 to 7th, Seoul Seocho-gu, and distributed the mobile phone sales store. Defendant B was a partner of Defendant A who participated in the distribution of the mobile phone in accordance with the direction of Defendant A, Defendant C was an employee of the above "G" with Defendant A, who distributed the large phone with Defendant A, and H was a person who participated in the distribution of the large phone in accordance with the direction of Defendant A due to the de facto marital relationship with Defendant A, and Defendant A was a person who participated in the distribution of the large phone with Defendant A.
With respect to the pre-paid phone, Defendants A, B, and C had the intent to open the pre-paid chips in the name of H and foreigner, and sell them to many unspecified persons. Defendant A play a role in overall management of the distribution of the pre-paid chips by purchasing a copy of a foreigner’s passport, and Defendant C voluntarily prepared an application form for a mobile phone opening, and submit it to the cell phone opening point to sell the pre-paid chips opened. Defendant B, along with Defendant C, intended to arbitrarily prepare an application form for a mobile phone opening, and deliver and distribute the pre-paid chips in the cell phone opening point, and H intended to play a role in submitting an application form for a mobile phone opening point.
1.
