A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who intends to operate a defendant slaughter business shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do governor for each workplace;
Nevertheless, on October 04, 201, the Defendant, without obtaining a slaughter business license, slaughtered and sold 170,000 won to the “H”, which is the customer, by taking advantage of divers and kins, etc. at the slaughter workplace located in the above “G,” and having approximately 660 square meters in the name of “G,” a 18 livestock shed, a garrecing house, a manager, a lodging house, a large air conditioning house for business use, two gas sirens, and two dins, etc.
The Defendant slaughtered salt 261 mar over 162 times from around that time to December 30, 201, and sold it to the Health Center located in the daily area in Busan City, as set out in the attached list of crimes (1) in addition to this, the Defendant received KRW 58,810,000.
2. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B
(a) Any person who intends to operate slaughter business violating the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do governor for each workplace;
Nevertheless, at around January 2, 2012, the Defendants conspireded to slaughter business without obtaining slaughter business licenses, and slaughtered salted fluor in the slaughter workplace located in the above “G,” and sold 170,000 won to the “I” Health Center, which is the customer.
The Defendants conspired and sold 240,900,000 won in the health source located in the daily area of Busan City, as stated in the attached list of crimes (2) from around that time to July 15, 2015.
(b) No person who violates the Animal Protection Act shall kill an animal by cruel means, such as hanging the animal;
Nevertheless, at around 07:00 on June 26, 2015, the Defendants conspired with each other to be included in the slaughter workplace located in the above “G,” and in the reconstruction company located near the slaughterhouse.
