A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of three years and six months and a short term of three years.

Punishment of the crime

From March 6, 2016 to March 21, 2016, the Defendant assisted the Victim F (F) to engage in sexual traffic with female job offering C, and from March 6, 2016, to March 21, 2016, by using “D” and “E”, the Defendant lived in the same telecom with the victim.

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On March 7, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by her hand against the victim who was divingd with the victim at “Hel” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, by unfolding the victim with his/her hand, and her hurb and tur with his/her hand.

B. On March 8, 2016, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) laid the Defendant’s grandchildren into the part where the victim was suffering; (b) putting the Defendant’s grandchildren into the Defendant’s chest; and (c) putting the Defendant’s grandchildren into the Defendant’s sexual organ; and (d) putting the Defendant’s grandchildren into the Defendant’s sexual organ.

2. On March 7, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (similar act) faces a threat to a victim’s bridge that he/she was divingd in the “HMoel” around March 17, 2016, and a threat to a victim as he/she would be his/her hand when he/she refuses to come.

“After having taken off the victim’s seat by force, the Defendant’s finger was laid off to the part of the victim’s sound.”

3. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On March 8, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant found the victim’s sexual intercourse with a non-specific male, and placed the clothes on the part of the victim, and forced the victim to be placed on the bed, and forced to be off the victim’s clothes, and put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound.

B. On March 11, 2016, in order to take the victim’s body into the place of sexual traffic on March 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was getting out of emergency stairs located in the “Hel” as a part of the victim’s body with double arms, thereby pushing the victim into the wall.
