The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. Summary of the facts charged
A. From around 18:00 on May 20, 2016 to around 19:00, the Defendant, who violated the Act on the Protection of Children’s Juveniles from Sexual Abuse, went to the victim D (the 14th age), a juvenile, who was a child and juvenile who was aware of through the mobile phone hardening application from around 19:00 to around 19:0, he got the victim to a guest room in the Seo-gu in the war, “I see the film at the mother,” and the victim got the victim to a guest room in the “Fel” column E in the world.

2) From around 15:45 to around 16:40 on the same day, the Defendant, within H 3D multi-level experience center, stored hand in the part of the victim who was seated next to, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting bucks.
3) At around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim’s face up within the Defendant’s car parked on the side as the J Olympic in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, and by hand.
2. The summary of the defendant and his/her defense counsel's assertion is 1) a violation of the Act on the Protection of Juveniles against Sexual Abuse.
