[criminal history] On February 25, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a maximum of 8 months and 6 months of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court. On March 10, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a maximum of 6 months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Busan District Court. On May 26, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a maximum of 1 year of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch, and on April 30, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence on August 26, 2015.

On January 3, 2017, around 15:00, the Defendant opened a warehouse set up in the victim F’s residence located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, which was not corrected, and intruded into the living room, and stolen it by having eight copies of merchandise coupon department stores in an aggregate amounting to KRW 409,000, which are owned by the victim, from the wall set up in the space TV line base.
