Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On October 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor in Changwon District Court, including night room intrusion larceny, and on December 26, 2016, the execution of the sentence was completed in the Kimcheon Juvenile Prison on December 26, 2016. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime in the Seoul Southern District Court, and on February 4, 2016, it is currently under the suspension of the execution.

1. On March 20, 2017, around 02:06, the Defendant: (a) opened a 5:206 bottle of the E hospital located in Jeju-si, E Hospital No. 5, 5206; and (b) opened a string, the victim C, a patient, was locked by using a creb and opened a string, and the victim C, a patient, had a string door, where the market price of the victim’s possession is unknown.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen property by intrusion upon the room possessed by others at night.

At the time of the day specified in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not set up in the hospital No. 4212, the fourth floor of the E hospital; and (b) the patient F, the patient F, had the victim’s victim F, with the victim’s possession, carried things by means of the cresh; and (c) had a handbag equivalent to 50,000 won at the market price.
