1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A received KRW 50,00 per day from Defendant A as an employee of the foregoing speculative game room in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, the owner of the game room business, and Defendant B received KRW 50,000 per day from Defendant A, and performed activities, such as providing information on the game machine, customer heart, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired, from April 20, 2013 to April 12, 2013, up to April 22, 2013, 40 computers with “sea-to-sea” game products, which were not rated by the Game Rating Board, were installed and provided to unspecified customers.

2. No one shall allow any person to engage in gambling or other speculative acts using game products, and exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange, or repurchase tangible or intangible results, such as scores obtained through the use of game products, etc. by means of such acts as a business;

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to build a “sea-to-sea game” game at 40 computers at the same time and at the same place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, with 100 points per 10,000 won for customers who have left the game, to charge cyber money using the card 10,000 won for them, and to use so-called merasia and example functions, and to return the accumulated points to the maximum 15,00 points by converting the accumulated points into money, thereby allowing customers to perform speculative acts using the game products, and to exchange the points obtained through the use of the game.
