A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant introduced as if he was a real estate business operator specializing in the number of main businesses in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, and, on July 2012, when he was aware of the victim C, he would have the victim obtain profits from market price by retransfer after several months if he acquired E in Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

On July 5, 2012, the victim received and operated E.

In the process, the Defendant: (a) must pay the business operator in the name of the Defendant for re-transfer; and (b) must enter the real estate lease agreement in the name of the Defendant in order to obtain the business operator under the name of the Defendant; and (c) prepared the real estate lease agreement in the name of the Defendant and the victim

1. The Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 150 million from F to take custody of the real estate lease agreement in the name of the Defendant and the victim; (b) provided the security by F as security; and (c) deleted the name C of the real estate lease agreement and made the name F in writing.

On September 28, 2012, at a pharmacy operated by G, a lessor located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on July 5, 2012, the Defendant deleted part C of the tenant column of the real estate lease agreement (G, tenant: A, and C) made by the lessor on July 5, 2012, and then made up for “H, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul I tenant’s address, name change, and F,” and submitted F’s seal to the name attached thereto, and submitted the real estate lease agreement to F, who is unaware of the circumstances.

For the purpose of exercising, the defendant altered and exercised the tenant column of the real estate lease agreement in the name of the victim, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, on August 20, 2012, committed fraud, at a national bank located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government New-ro, the victim “in need of money due to the creation of nuine house,” and 20 million won.
