1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 7, 2014, Defendant A: (a) around the second floor warehouse of the E-cafeteria located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) performed an act of carrying 143 points for transfer or delivery as indicated below, including an act of obtaining a trademark attached with the same or similar trademark from a person in a fire; and (c) holding the trademark in order to transfer or deliver it.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the trademark rights of the trademark right holder.

On September 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:08, on September 26, 2014, the Defendant: (b) carried 26 points for transfer or delivery as indicated below, including the Defendant’s act of being supplied with a door with a trademark identical or similar to the “sll” from a person who was in the vicinity of the second floor of the F Building in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; and (c) possessed the house to transfer or deliver it.

Accordingly, the defendant infringed the trademark rights of the trademark right holder.
