Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall use a trademark identical or similar to another person's registered trademark on goods identical or similar to the designated goods.

The Defendant, at around 19:00 on September 7, 2012, at the “goldter” located in the Seo-gu Seo-gu B apartment complex, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu

A. 나. 상표권자 프랑스 샤넬 회사에서 핸드백 등을 지정상품으로 하여 특허청에 제0072785호, 제0304806호, 제0098616호로 각 상표 등록한 ‘CHANEL 샤넬’ 상표와 동일한 위조 상표가 부착된 가방 15점, 신발 2점, 선글라스 2점 합계 19점을 판매 목적으로 전시 및 보관하고,

C. The owner of a trademark right exhibits and keeps, for sale purposes, 8 points total of 5 points with a forged trademark identical to the trademark “GUCCI” registered under each trademark No. 006629, 0070354, using hand bags, blocks, blocks, etc. as designated goods at the Italian Gupatha Symian Company as its designated goods, and eight points with a forged trademark attached to the KIPO;

(d) display and keep for sale three points with the same forged trademark attached to the trademark “SALVARE REFGMO POC POLE” registered under Article 0133828 with the trademark as the designated goods of the Italian Republic of Korea Liber FIE Epia FIE Epia Epia, Epia FIE Epia, etc. as the trademark owner, and four points with a new launch for the purpose of selling them;

E. The owner of the trademark right displayed and kept for sale five points identical to the trademark registered under No. 0437648 on the Korean Intellectual Property Office by using the Luxembourg Flada S. A, as designated goods, handbags, etc. as the trademark right holder, for five points identical to the trademark registered under No. 0437648.

Accordingly, the defendant is each owner of the above trademark right.
