1. Of the part concerning the principal lawsuit in the judgment of the court of first instance, the following additional payments shall be ordered.
Reasons
1. The reasoning for this court’s explanation is as follows, except for the partial revision as follows, the part concerning the cited claim is identical to the part concerning [1. argument and judgment as to the main claim of the court of first instance] and the part concerning the counterclaim [2. argument and judgment as to the counterclaim claim of the court of first instance], and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article
Part 3 15 of the title "27,000,000" shall be "17,500,000,000, which corresponds to 1/2 of the agreed to hold at least 35,000 won."
A. The 3rd page 16 of the 16th page “Evidence 7, 8, and 13 of the 16th page” means “Evidence 7, 8, and 13 of the 7th page.”
A. Following the fourth 7th page, the Defendant added “DNo. 35,000,000 won, while handing over to another person, received KRW 25,00,000 as premium, and returned KRW 10,000,000 from the building owner.” The Defendant added “13,50,000 won for 13,00,000 won for 12th 4th 12th 12th 1, “35,000,000 won” to “17,50,000 won for 17,50,000,000 won for 1/2nd 35,00,000.”
A. The fourth (C) part of the instant argument is re-written as follows.

The Defendant: (a) calculated annual interest rate of 15% as stipulated in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019); (b) calculated interest rate of 17,500,000 won from December 14, 2016 to the Plaintiff; and (c) calculated annual interest rate of 13,50,000 won from the date of the first instance judgment to the date of full payment; and (d) calculated annual interest rate of 15% from the date of the first instance judgment to the date of full payment; and (e) calculated annual interest rate of 13,50,000 won from the date of the first instance judgment to the date of full payment; and (e) calculated annual interest rate of 16,200,000 won from the date of the second instance judgment to the date of full payment; and (e) calculated annual interest rate of 2017,216,20,200.
2. Conclusion, this Court is reduced.
