Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) demanded the Defendant to board a private taxi C, which is operated by the injured party B, to leave the city located in the Seosan-dong of Busan-gu, Busan-do; and (b) to leave the city el apartment located in the Gusan-dong of Busan-dong.

However, the Defendant, upon arrival at the destination, did not pay the taxi fee to the victim, and did not pay 19,800 won of the taxi fee to the victim and the police officer who demanded the payment of the taxi fee by not later than 23:45 on the same day even after the date was set to the D District of the Busan Coastal Police Station in Busan.

Accordingly, the defendant, although he did not have the intention or ability to pay the taxi expenses, by deceiving the victim to acquire economic benefits equivalent to the above amount.

2. On October 6, 2015, from around 22:50 to around 23:45 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s taxi business by force, such as refusing to get off the taxi from the individual taxi C operated by the victim B, leaving off the taxi in front of the zone of the Busan Coastal Police Station D Special Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City Police Station D Special Metropolitan City, where the victim B is located, and taking a bath to get off the taxi.

3. 모욕 피고인은 2015. 10. 6. 23:25 경부터 같은 날 23:45 경까지, 부산 연제구 E에 있는 부산 연제 경찰서 D 지구대 앞 노상에서, 택시요금을 지불하고 귀가할 것을 요구하는 피해 자인 위 지구대 소속 경찰관 경사 F에게 위 B가 지켜보는 앞에서 "야 이 경찰관 새끼야 꺼져 라", “ 좃만한 경찰 새끼들” 이라고 욕설을 하여 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
