Details of the disposition

The plaintiff is currently serving as professor on April 1, 1998 after being newly appointed as a national ethics education and full-time lecturer at B University around February 16, 198.

A full-scale investigation committee under the Research Ethics Committee of B University (hereinafter “the Investigation Committee”) conducted an investigation of the Plaintiff’s suspicions, etc. from June 21, 2012 to December 4, 2012, and reported to the effect that the following grounds for disciplinary action exist to the Research Ethics Committee of B University on December 4, 2012.

① The term “D” thesis (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s D”) published by the Plaintiff in C 26 House (No. 201, Dec. 201) corresponds to the “I” thesis (hereinafter “H”) published in C 26 House (hereinafter “B University Research Ethics Regulations”) and most contents of H (hereinafter “H”) published in B 3 subparag. 1 of Article 3 of the Regulations on the Research Ethics Committee of B 3 University (hereinafter “B University Research Ethics Regulations”), even if the Plaintiff received the Plaintiff’s assertion that the Plaintiff offered D 1 thesis to H, this is an act of indicating the author, and the Plaintiff’s act of compelling the Plaintiff to engage in research and education beyond the scope of the thesis, and the Plaintiff’s research and education guidelines set forth in Article 3 subparag. 1 through No. 30 of B 1 of the Research Ethics Regulations are the same or similar research and education guidelines set forth below.
