1. The reasoning for the court's explanation of this case is as follows: (a) evidence submitted at the court of first instance and insufficient to acknowledge the plaintiff's assertion, and (b) evidence submitted at the court of first instance is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except the rejection of witness E at the court of first instance, and thus, (c) it is not sufficient to acknowledge the plaintiff's assertion.

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance with the same conclusion is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
