1. The reasoning for the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for the case’s rejection of witness F of the first instance court which is insufficient to acknowledge the Plaintiff’s assertion as evidence additionally submitted in the trial or difficult to believe, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance with the same conclusion is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
