1. Defendant A is punished by a fine of KRW 3,00,000, Defendant F is punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, Defendant G is punished by a fine of KRW 1,700,00.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to conduct a joint crime management business of Defendant H and I, J, K, L, M, N, P, and Q shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, Defendant H and I, J, K, L, M, N,O, P, and Q are not registered with the competent authority from December 2, 2014 to February 12, 2015, and Defendant I opened a used vehicle sales business office without any trade name under 503 of the Dacheon-si RR Building 503, and Defendant I is the person in charge of the above office. Defendant J, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, Q, and Defendant H were employed as each member of the above office and installed 15 books and computers at the above office. On the Internet medium and high-speed site, customer who wants to purchase the vehicle was posted a vehicle advertisement on the phone and consulted with the phone if the customer reported on the advertisement, and the customer provided the above 26-day contract with the vehicle under the name of the representative of the TM in the name of the TM, which was prepared by using the above 26-day contract.

As a result, Defendant H had engaged in automobile trade without registration in collusion with the above accomplices.

2. A person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business for the joint crimes committed by Defendant A, B, C, D, E, G, or F shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, the above Defendants did not register the said Defendants with the competent authority from March 1, 2015 to July 19, 2015, and did not register the said Defendants with the office where the “X” signboards of the 1st floor in Bupyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City are located, Defendant A shall be the person in charge of the said office. Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, Defendant G, and Defendant F shall be the person in charge of the said office. Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant E, Defendant G, and Defendant F, while serving as each business employee, installed ten books and computers in the said office, and then, they shall post a vehicle advertisement on the Internet medium-sized commercial site and telephone the customer report on the advertisement.
