Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business, such as the motor vehicle trade business, shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure

On July 8, 2016, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority to conduct a motor vehicle trading business on or before the date of July 8, 2016, asked the name infinite-si B to the name infinite-si building “C to raise an advertisement to sell DN Si vehicles in KRW 14.9 million,” and on the same day, the name infinite upon the Defendant’s request, upon which the Defendant’s request, sells DN Si vehicles in KRW 14.9 million, on the C website.

The defendant reported the above advertisement around 09:00 on July 9, 2016 and found it as the supply details of the Won-si, Seocheon-gu, Seoul. The defendant would make up for the mortgage within a week if he added the amount of KRW 20 million to the vehicle price of KRW 14.9 million because the mortgage has not yet been sold, and the mortgage amount of KRW 20,000,000 to KRW 14.9 million.

The term "unregistered automobile sales business" was operated, such as introducing a vehicle, while stating that this condition would show other vehicles unless it is expressed in mind.
