Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.
However, each of the above punishments shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants conspired to share their respective roles with F, G, H, etc. and other persons whose driver’s license was revoked to visit the Road Traffic Authority in order to undergo special traffic safety education by pretending them to have been involved in traffic accidents and to take money and valuables under the pretext of agreement by pretending them to have been involved in traffic accidents. They conspired to share their respective roles with F, G, H, and others, such as “water color,” “patient,” “influoring the body of the victim’s driver,” “influoring the victim’s vehicle,” “influoring the victim’s vehicle,” “influoring the victim’s driver’s license to report to the police.”
1. On March 7, 2014, at the budget education office of the Road Traffic Authority located in the budget-based city of the Chungcheongnam-gu budget-based Seoul Metropolitan City, the Defendants: (a) deemed the victims I (the age of 66) who caused special safety education to drive a rocketing car without a license; and (b) found the victims to have parked the said rocketing car in the victim’s residence located in the JJ at the time of the co-principal.
On March 14, 2014, the Defendants considered the opportunity for the Defendants to commit a crime using the rocketing car driven by the victim boarding and driving the K Haba car. At around 13:00 on the same day, Defendant A pretended to have a traffic accident as if the victim was placed in the front part of the rocketing car driving in the front part of the Hastun car at the Dogggg-ri, Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the Dog-ri, the victim, who did not comply with the agreement, and the Dog-ri, had the victim be punished for a without a licenseless driving.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly do so.
