Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 13, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, driving the said vehicle as his/her duties without obtaining a driver’s license on October 13, 2013, while driving the said vehicle as his/her duties, driving the said vehicle on the part of the driver’s free-registered 125cc Mar. 30, 201, and driving the vehicle on the one-way way in front of the Southern Dog-ro, Changnam-gu, Gyeongwon-gu, 37, and driving it in the direction

A driver has a duty of care to operate a vehicle normally in accordance with the instruction and indication of a one-way road.

Nevertheless, by negligence of driving a one-time road without a license, the defendant suffered injury, such as an injury on the part of the part where the victim C (five years of age, women) moving from the left side of the front side to the right side of the driver's vehicle, and the victim suffered approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. Around 15:30 on October 13, 2013, the Defendant used a 1.2 km-free vehicle owned by the Defendant, from the upper end of the Suwon-si Police Station in front of the Suwon-gu Police Station, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and from the upper end of the 37 South Changdo Police Station, to the upper end of the 125cc Marri-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, without a driver’s license, to drive a vehicle with approximately 1.2 km.

3. On October 13, 2013, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) the two-wheeled vehicle operating on the road around 15:30 on October 13, 2013, operated the vehicle without registration owned by the Defendant, using the vehicle of about 1.2 km from the upper end of the Suwon-si Police Station before the Suwon-si Police Station in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and from the upper end of the 37 South Changdo Police Station, to the front day of the 37 South Changdo Police Station, without registration owned by the Defendant.
