The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged and the Defendant and the Victim C (the age of 14) were all residing in South Korea, and the Defendant came to Seoul on January 2012 and agreed to play together with the victim and cellular phone in order to contact with the victim who had been living in Seoul on the same day while having been aware of the victim while engaging in Internet car page activities around 2010.

At this point, the Defendant committed the following crimes, such as drinking the victim to have sexual intercourse with the victim, expressing the victim's intention of refusal, and doing sexual intercourse against the victim's will, even though she resisted, etc.

1. On January 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) had the victim sing in a mutual singing room located near the Seoul Jung-gu D market; (b) had the victim sing in a space where singing with the victim; (c) had the victim sing away from the victim’s clothes; and (d) had the victim sing away from the victim’s clothes; (d) had the victim sing off the victim’s clothes in the form of “non-sing” and “non-sing.” (e.g., the Defendant sing the victim’s clothes so that the Defendant sing off the victim’s clothes; and (e) had the victim’s fingers, sings, and panty, sing the victim’s fingers, singing, and sing down the victim’s singing at one hand; and (e) had the victim’s sexual flag inserted into the victim’s body once.

Accordingly, the defendant, by force, has sexual intercourse with the victim who is a child or juvenile.

2. The criminal defendant committed the second crime with a view to drinking again with the victim and sending time after committing the crime described in paragraph (1) at least 19:00 on the same day, entering a singing room as described in paragraph (1) again with the victim, and singing with the victim, and moving the victim into a space subsequent to the singinger and singing at that place.
