1. The defendant

(a) (1) Of the real estate listed in Appendix 1. List, Attached 2. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 21, 2012, the Plaintiff paid to J the deposit deposit amounting to KRW 5,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 900,000, contract period from June 21, 2012 to June 20, 2014, the monthly rent of KRW 24 months from June 21, 2012, and the monthly rent of KRW 1 during the contract period shall be paid in advance on June 21, 2012, and KRW 1 during the contract period shall be liable to the lessee, ② shall return to the original cost without any condition after the completion of the contract period, and ③ The lessee at the end of the three months of the monthly rent agreed to withdraw from the present condition without any condition.

B. The J is carrying out the property preservation of the land in the case of this case from the Plaintiff to the land of this case listed in the annexed Table 1. List (hereinafter “instant land”) with the trade name of C, and it is ordered to do so.

The building stated in the subsection (hereinafter referred to as the “instant dispute building”) was constructed and occupied and used.

C. On November 6, 2012, J died, and the Defendant received the instant lease agreement and the instant industrial complex buildings independently through the agreement on division of inherited property.

On April 11, 2013, the Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to pay the monthly rent for three months as the monthly rent was delinquent, and again, on December 3, 2013, the Defendant was in arrears with a four-month rent of KRW 3,600,000 as of the end date of November 3, 2013, and on December 15, 2013, notified the Defendant that the instant lease contract will be terminated at the time of failure to pay by December 15, 2013.

E. On June 19, 2014, the Plaintiff agreed to lease the land in the instant case with the Defendant as the deposit for the lease of KRW 5,000,00, monthly rent of KRW 900,000, monthly rent of KRW 21, monthly rental period, and the lease period from June 21, 2015 to June 20, and as the special terms and conditions, the lessee is responsible for the electricity fee during the contract period, ② the lessee is at the present condition without any condition, ② the monthly rent is at the end of the two months, ③ the lessee shall return to the original condition without completing the lease period, and may not claim for the portion of the cost, ④ the present period of lease from June 2014 to June 20, 2014.
