1. The defendant

(a) (1) Of the real estate listed in Appendix 1. List, Attached 2. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 19, 2014, the Plaintiff agreed to lease the land in the instant case with the Defendant as the deposit for the lease of KRW 5,000,00, monthly rent of KRW 900,000, monthly rent of KRW 21, monthly rental period, and the lease period from June 21, 2015 to June 20, and as the special terms and conditions, the lessee is responsible for the electricity fee during the contract period, ② the lessee is at the present condition without any condition, ② the monthly rent is at the end of the two months, ③ the lessee shall return to the original condition without completing the lease period, and may not claim for the portion of the cost, ④ the present period of lease from June 2014 to June 20, 2014.
