A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30 on December 24, 2015, at a “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Jeju-si; (b) was required by the victim C to take a heavy bath to other customers without any justifiable reason, and (c) to take action at a restaurant by doing so.
