Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business proprietor who operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of “F” on the Internet website “E”, with the inside bnd, mix, Red Sea, Mabbel, etc., by leasing Busan B building C, and employing D, a woman engaged in sexual traffic.

On May 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:55 on May 29, 2017, the Defendant got 1.50,000 won for sexual traffic; and (b) provided sexual intercourses by guiding sexual traffic women D to the above heading room where they are waiting.
