A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:50, at the “Dma shop” business place located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si C3, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts for the business from around August 28, 2014 to October 7, 2014, by receiving KRW 110,000,000 from the police officer E belonging to the Gyeong-gu Police Station, which is the police officer who pretended to customers, and providing a lock-out room; and (b) introducing commercial sex acts by bringing sexual traffic women F into his/her inside.

1. Considering the following circumstances acknowledged by evidence of guilt in sound recording CDs and tape-recordings, facts such as facts constituting a crime are recognized.
