A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months in the Changwon District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on February 14, 2012.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CPoter Cargo Vehicles.

On June 16, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without a driver's license on June 15, 2013, and proceeded along with the victim D(45 years old) E-city buses from the surface of the water village to the surface of the victim D(the age of 45) on the surface of the Simam Elementary School located in the Simsan-gun, Haman-gun, Haman-gun, Hamnam

Since it is a prohibited area from overtaking, there was a duty of care to avoid overtaking to a person engaged in driving service.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded to the opposite lane on the left side of the damaged vehicle in order to overtake, and due to the negligence of entering the center line on the left side of the damaged vehicle, and due to the negligence of entering one’s own lane, the front part of the above damaged vehicle, which was proceeding on the normal lane due to the front side of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle and continued to shock the front part of the damaged vehicle by the front front part of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment due to occupational negligence.

On April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 07:25, 2013, the G Scki in the Hanam-gun F of the Haak-gun, the Defendant: (b) reported that the victim H (57 years of age) who driven the bus was fluoring the Defendant’s seat toward the cargo vehicle; and (c) reported that the victim H (57 years of age) who stopped the bus to board passengers following the bus, carried the hand with the open seat of the above bus, standing the car on the driver’s seat of the victim who was seated in the driver’s seat, was fluened with the driver’s seat, and continued to fluen the bal of the victim’s spath of the bus.
