The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is a person engaging in driving C Truck.

Around 10:30 on April 12, 2013, the Defendant was driving the said truck on the road on the south Sea Highway near the central hospital located in the Haak-gun, the Haak-gun, the Republic of Korea: (a) while driving the said truck on April 12, 2013, the Defendant: (b) caused the E-high speed bus driven by the victim D (the age of 48) to go on the side of the expressway for the reason that the E-high speed bus driven by the victim d (the age of 48) has broken down the bus on the side of the expressway; and (c) assaulted the victim by taking a dispute with the victim on the part of the left head of the victim three times as drinking.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);

(b) The victim is not subject to punishment after the indictment of this case.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
