A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in Seoul Western District Court, and on March 24, 2013, the Seoul Southern Southern District Court completed the execution of the sentence.

Criminal facts

On July 19, 2015, the Defendant was a person who had a relationship with the victim C (nive, 45 years of age) at once, and became a person who was in a relationship with the victim C (nive, 45 years of age).
