Punishment of the crime

3. On October 28, 2014, around October 28, 2014, the criminal defendant ordered food to the victim as if he/she would normally pay food value to the restaurant in the name of “K” in the operation of the victim J in Gui-si, Gui-si, Li-si.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the above food cost due to the absence of cash or credit card.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received food equivalent to KRW 25,00,00, in total, from the victim of the 3 residues of beer, etc.
