A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to three months of imprisonment and one year and two months in the Ulsan District Court for fraud, etc. on April 18, 2008. On the other hand, on February 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Ulsan District Court for fraud, etc. and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 3, 2015.

1. 2.
