A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 5, 2014.

1. On December 16, 2014, the criminal defendant against the victim E published a letter “pop-up 3 pop-up lusium” on the Internet NAVER's website, and made a false statement to the victim E who contacted the letter “pop-up 3 pop-up lusium”.

However, the defendant did not have the above mobile phone so that he did not have any intention or ability to sell the above mobile phone even if he received the above money from the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 100,000 won from the victim to the new bank account in the name of F on the same day.

2. Around December 16, 2014, the Defendant published a letter “pop-up 3 pop-up lusium” on the Internet NAVER’s website, and made a false statement to the victim G who visited the victim “pop-up 3 pop-up lusium.” The Defendant sent 260,000 won to the victim G.

However, the defendant is a mobile phone.
