Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, around October 19, 2014, posted an advertisement “Ipop-up pop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up of a scop-up

However, even if the Defendant received money from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to send coophones.

Ultimately, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1,453,00,00 from seven victims, including the Defendant, who was transferred 30,000 won by deceiving the victim, from that time until December 21, 2014, by December 16, 2014.

"2015 Highest 490"

1. On January 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stated that he/she would give an Internet NAVV online Liber in the U.S. Northern-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) stated that he/she would first send money to the victim G who reported and contacted the Internet NAV online to send money to the victim G; and (c) received KRW 384,000 from the Defendant’s new bank account (H).

However, there was no intention or ability to send a mobile phone even if the defendant receives the above money because he did not have a mobile phone.

Ultimately, the Defendant was transferred KRW 384,00 by deceiving the victim.

2. Around January 2, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 363,00 from the victim I to the said new bank account in the same manner as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the same place.

However, there was no intention or ability to send a mobile phone even if the defendant receives the above money because he did not have a mobile phone.

Ultimately, the Defendant was transferred 363,00 won by deceiving the victim.

3. Around January 4, 2015, the Defendant wired KRW 330,00 from the Victim J to the said new bank account in the same manner and place as described in paragraph (1) of the said Article.
