Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 4,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who invests and operates D's business and facility, and B is an employee of the above D's business site.

1. Defendant A

(a) Any person who intends to run a singing practice room business in violation of the Music Industry Promotion Act shall complete registration with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, equipped with facilities for singing practice room business prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports

From May 4, 2012 to the second floor of the building E in Dongcheon-si without registering a singing practice room business with the Mayor of Leecheon-si, and with the name of "D" equipped with a video-competing device and a video-competing device with eight units necessary for the production of music records and music video products, and provide customers who find out a place of business with a video-competing device and a video-competing device with a charge of KRW 50,000 per hour to receive a charge of KRW 20,000 per hour so that customers may sing, running a singing practice; and (1) the Defendant provided customers with a singing practice.

7. On 18. 18. Around 00:45, two rooms are assigned to four customers, such as H, who have served as customers, and a singing business is run to provide singing services in compliance with the Bans by receiving KRW 30,000 per hour; and (4) the same year;

8. 10. 23:10 Around 23:10, customers whose names are not known are assigned one room, run a singing business to receive KRW 20,00 per hour and to sing in line with the class, and (5) a year;

8. 11. 22:20 On November 22: 20, one of the following years has been assigned to six customers, including I, who have been engaged in singing service, and has been engaged in singing service in line with rebuttals by receiving KRW 20,000 per hour; and (6) the same year;

8. On June 23, 16:20, the J et al. assigned three rooms to two customers, including the J, etc., who have served as customers, and receive twenty-five thousand won per hour, and singing in line with the Bans.
