Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a worker in daily duty who works in D located in C at the time of the truth.

1. On August 21, 2012, at around 17:10, the Defendant: (a) expressed that, within the “Smi Park” located in Pyeongtaek-dong 231, G, the president of the F Company, the subcontractor of the E Company, received the payment for the steel tower construction from the E Company on July 2012, 2012, the Defendant threatened the Victim I (nb) who was a counselor (nb, 29 years of age) who was called by telephone in the E Company office in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with a view to having a view to not giving rise to KRW 90,000,000 that the Defendant worked for the E Company; and (b) expressed that, during the first six minutes, the Defendant threatened the Victim I (nb) who was a counselor who was called by telephone at the E Company’s consultation office in the E Company in the Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, with a gun tower, etc., “A would spath off the building by means of H building.”

2. On August 21, 2012, around 17:59, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (1) and paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant threatened the head office of the company, for 2 minutes and 49 seconds, such as “A, who was working at the site of the steel tower construction of the steel tower in the Seoul Southern-gu Seoul Southern-gu, Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, and was called “I will spread the building of the headquarters of the E company and die if the monthly wage is not deposited within 30 minutes,” who was called “I would have worked at the site of the steel tower construction of the E company in the river tower construction of the E company in the Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul.”

3. On August 21, 2012, around 18:02, the Defendant, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (1) and on the same grounds as the foregoing paragraph (1), by posting a phone to the JJ on the part of the workers in the situation room in the Seoul Gangnam-gu Police Station, and threatened the Defendant for two minutes and twenty two seconds of the same content as the foregoing paragraph

4. The Defendant, at around 18:05 on August 21, 2012, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (1) and at the same time, appears to inflict any injury on the headquarters of the E company for 41 seconds, such as “if the wage was not paid to a worker in the situation room of the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station by putting phone to the JJ on the part of the workers in the situation room of the Seoul Southern-gu Police Station, it would now spread the building by building in the building of the headquarters of the E company, and death.”
